Why did I decide to blog again?

I attempted to blog back in 2013, almost 10 years ago, but I didn’t write more than a hello world kind of blog post. I’m not sure why I was unable to write often during that time, but over the years, I learned that I was experiencing Imposter Syndrome, which prevented me from doing it.

At that time, instead of blogging, I ended up owning the domain and learned how to use configuration management tools like Ansible to provision a Virtual Machine in the cloud, use Jekyll for static site generation.

Later in 2014, when Let’s Encrypt surfaced again, I attempted to blog but this time just to learn how the HTTP-01 challenge works and what it takes to automate it, which ultimately ended my early blogging journey.

Now after reading Show Your Work by Austin Kleon, I feel inspired to write again and share my thoughts, ideas, feelings, and get discovered. I first heard about this book in Ali Abdaal’s video on 3 books that changed my life.

It took almost 10 years to overcome Imposter Syndrome and fight against myself. Finally, I decided to share my opinions and thoughts, and my intention is simply to share.
